Introduction

Training department organizes programs for the training of community leaders, professionals and Islamic workers in pursuit of the objectives of the Academy. The department also initiates and develops cooperation with institution having similar objectives within Pakistan and abroad.

International Human Resource Development Program (IHRDP)

This program was originally devised to help and guide the Muslims living in non-Muslim environment. One of the main disadvantages faced by the Muslims living as minorities in various countries is the lack of proper guidance and training in Islamic principles and norms governing the organization of the Muslim communities for practicing Islam. The program provides a laboratory situation for the representatives of various Muslim communities to experiment organization of Muslim community in various situations for the practice and propagation of Islam.

Regional International Human Resource Development Program (RIHRDP)

The Regional IHRD Program is held in various regions of the world. It is designed to assist representatives of the Muslim communities in various regions of the world in identifying the problems and challenges facing those communities and developing suitable solutions. So far, the Academy has organized Regional IHRD Programs in Trinidad, Indianapolis (USA), Winnipeg (Canada), Fiji, Guyana, California (USA), South Africa, Germany, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Hungary.

International Training of Imam/Khateeb Program

This program devised to help out Imam and Khateeb outside Pakistan to perform their duties in affective manners. The Academy has organized training programs for Imams of central asia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Burma, Mauritius, Singapore, Thailand, China, Korea and Ghana. This program also helps to minimize gap between Muslim Ummah and create brotherhood among them.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
